Work Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion)
Primary Job Function: To install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and Insurable driving record
- Drug-Free Workplace Commitment
- Minimum 2 years of installation experience in changeouts
- Knowledge of various HVAC equipment types
- Proficiency in residential and light commercial installations
- Familiarity with equipment start-up and basic troubleshooting techniques
- Understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagrams
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and diagrams
- Skills in running, brazing, and testing line sets
- Proper installation, insulation, and sealing of ductwork
- Knowledge of and adherence to city and county installation codes
- Current EPA certificate
- Own basic hand tools
- Advanced safety knowledge, compliance with safety rules
- Excellent customer relation skills with a proactive mindset
Qualifications Desired:
- 2 years of installation experience
- Well-organized, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Energetic personality
- Willingness to invest time in training and classes
- NATE certification or the ability to obtain and maintain
- High school diploma or its equivalent
