You ‘ll have the chance to work with a major Aerospace client project which is based in the greater Seattle Washington area. This exciting and engaging large-scale construction project/program will utilize your Project Management focus to help ensure safe and efficient delivery. You’ll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business, as well as gain experience working directly with multiple stakeholders in the project owner’s organization.

As a Project Manager, you will be preparing RFIs, RFPs, reviewing the scope of the project and contract values, and providing project oversight to all craft trades at site. You will also work on the planning phase of the projects to develop scope details, execution plans, and budgetary estimates. Your skills in negotiation, managing the site work, and project controls will guide you towards the best outcome for the client and Jacobs. By building a strong working relationship with the client, you will achieve great success here at Jacobs!

Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration or other related degree with relevant experience
  • 4 years of related Construction Management experience
  • Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components 

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification

Typical salary range for this position is $97,900 - 152,850 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
