Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Director/VP-level stakeholders to identify key metrics and data collection strategies for organizational success.
- Develop and implement processes for tracking, measuring, and reporting project delivery, with a focus on data-driven metrics.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports that provide insight into key performance indicators (KPIs) for various projects and initiatives.
- Ensure data governance, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting platforms and metrics tracking.
- Establish and maintain a regular cadence for reporting on project performance and delivery metrics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data-driven insights and decision-making processes.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on thorough data analysis.
- Proven experience (10 years) as a Data Analyst, Data Architect, or similar role with strong exposure to senior leadership teams.
- Extensive experience in working with large datasets and advanced data analysis tools and software.
- Expertise in data governance, metrics tracking, and developing processes to drive performance and reporting.
- Strong understanding of project delivery metrics and the ability to establish cadence for regular reporting.
- Ability to create meaningful and executive-level reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with Director/VP-level executives.
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization and reporting software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
