This is a part-time position (approximately 15 hours) and requires every other weekend and holidays. Flexible scheduling available. Dementia / Memory Care experience preferred but will train the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate group activities and dementia-friendly sensory programs
  • Encourage activity involvement and chart attendance
  • Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized
  • Assist with 1 on 1 activities, transport residents to and from activities
  • Provide support during mealtimes
  • Assist with outings and special events and other assigned duties

    • Qualifications :

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Experience with Alzheimer's / Dementia and special needs is a plus (Willing to train the right candidate)
  • Ability to self-motivate
  • Flexible with schedule, availability between 8am-8 pm, alternating weekends and holidays are required.
