Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily store activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate record-keeping for all employees.
- Oversee shift management, and delegating tasks effectively.
- Assist the store manager in various operational aspects, including inventory management and customer service initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of communication etiquette when interacting with guests and team members.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew performance to foster a positive work environment.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service enviroment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest service while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in supervising staff, with a focus on training and development.
- Familiarity with food operations, including shift management and assistant manager responsibilities is preferred.
