Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time completion
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety standards
- Coordinate with clients to address any concerns or issues that arise during construction
- Manage project documentation, including subcontracts, permits, and change orders
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet specifications
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status and milestones
- Review and interpret project schematics, blueprints, and drawings
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of contract management and negotiation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
