Hiring: Food Truck Manager (Valid Driver's License Required)
Jammin’ Crepes, as seen on DDD, is a high-volume, fast-casual, local Creperie in downtown Princeton & conveniently accessible by public transportation.
Immediate Part Time Opening for a Food Truck Manager to run & manage our “The Flying Crepeze Truck” for Farmers Markets, Corporate & Private Events.
Responsibilities include
- Managing Scheduled Events for the Truck
- Preparation of menu for events
- Master Crepe making for production at events
- Training & Management of Team for Truck events
- Responsible for Food Truck Pre & Post Catering Events as well as regular maintenance of supplies for running truck (products & vehicle maintenance)
- Management of required Paperwork for events & municipalities
- Solid Computer Skills: Working Knowledge of Excel & Microsoft
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks & employees simultaneously
- Strong Communication & Customer Service skills
- Saturdays required May thru Nov; some Sundays & Evenings with occasional weekday bookings as needed thru out the calendar year

Qualifications
- Proven experience in staff training and management within food service operations
- Strong background in hospitality and kitchen management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with food preparation, inventory control, and POS systems (Aloha, Micros)
- Familiarity with casual and fine dining environments, as well as banquet and catering services
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
