Project Manager Job Summary: Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team for Street, Road & Highway Construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all phases are completed efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Utilize project management software such as PROCORE to track project progress
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project milestones are met
- Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses.
- Assist with the bidding process.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work.
- Prepare reports detailing project status and issues.

Requirements:
· 10 years of estimating experience and/or street, road, highway construction experience
· Holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
· Exceptional computer skills
· Proficient in ProCore, MS Suite
· Certificates, License, Registrations:
· Valid Colorado Driver’s License with a safe driving record
· Ability to analyze problems and create solutions that add value to the client and the company
