Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns effectively.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
- Assist with general office management tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient computer literacy with experience in data entry and file management.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required.
