Position Overview: The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, driving both exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. We’re looking for a leader who is not only highly skilled but also highly motivated, capable of solving problems in real time, and passionate about building a culture of execution, accountability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Inspire, coach, and lead a high-performing team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive work environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, clear communication, and an approachable demeanor.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure seamless operations and balanced workloads.

Problem-Solving & Execution

  • Proactively address operational challenges, finding efficient and effective solutions on the fly.
  • Maintain composure and decision-making ability under pressure, even during peak service times.
  • Take a hands-on approach, stepping into different roles when needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement to boost efficiency.

Operations Management

  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
  • Manage inventory and supplier relationships to ensure cost control and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, setting the standard for cleanliness and organization.
  • Monitor restaurant equipment and resolve maintenance issues promptly.

Guest Experience

  • Cultivate a guest-first culture where hospitality is a top priority.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into loyalty-building opportunities.
  • Engage with guests to build relationships and foster a loyal customer base.

Financial Performance

  • Develop and manage budgets, balancing costs and revenue to meet financial goals.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
