Crew Member/Shift Leader

Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service by welcoming, assisting, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Preparing delicious and high-quality sub sandwiches and menu items, upholding Jersey Mike's standards.
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all food preparation and serving areas.
• Leading by example and motivating the team to deliver outstanding service during your shift.
• Supervising crew members to ensure adherence to procedures and a clean working environment.
• Collaborating with the management team to meet and exceed performance and customer service goals.

Requirements:

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and your team effectively.
• Proven leadership experience or qualities that demonstrate your ability to lead and motivate a team.
