Director of Finance
A large and growing mission driven organization in Central Pennsylvania is in search of an
experienced Director of Finance to provide leadership and direction to the organizations finance
function. This is a new position and will play a critical role in shaping the future of the
organization.
The Director of Finance will oversee all financial activities and operations in order to ensure a
complete understanding of the organizations financial standing. The role is instrumental in
developing the finance department infrastructure, including financial policies, procedures, and
technologies.
Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Develop an organization-wide financial strategy.
- Lead a multi-year financial planning process.
- Orchestrate the annual operating budget.
- Manage the finance departments team.
- Oversee the agencys accounting software.
- Coordinate with CEO on grant, contract, and project budgets.
- Prepare monthly financial close and internal financial reports.
- Direct agencys annual audit process.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors.
