Your Role
As an integral part of our team, you will:
- Advocate for Clients: Represent clients in high-stakes environmental and energy matters, including appearances before administrative bodies.
- Drive Compliance & Solutions: Guide clients through permitting processes, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and transactional matters in the energy and environmental sectors.
- Litigate with Purpose: Handle litigation with confidence—manage depositions, draft persuasive motions, appear in court, and oversee electronic discovery.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a talented attorney who brings:
- Credentials & Experience: A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and 3–6 years of experience representing clients in environmental and/or energy law.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively advocate for clients and convey complex legal concepts.
