Job Overview

We are a well-established fine jewelry store specializing in high-quality pieces, exceptional craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about sales and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with selecting fine jewelry while providing a personalized and professional shopping experience.
• Maintain and update our proprietary software and database with accuracy.
• Support online projects and tasks.
• Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed.
• Manage inventory, store organization, and back-office responsibilities.
• Follow store protocols to ensure a clean, presentable, and welcoming retail space.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and team members.
• Stay knowledgeable about fine jewelry, including gemstones and precious metals (preferred but not required).
• Execute sales transactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Must be computer-savvy and comfortable working with store software and online tasks.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal communication and social skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of precious stones and metals is a plus.

Job Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (one weekday off of your choice)
• Saturday: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
• Total Days Off: 2 per week

• Business Casual attire is required.
