Classification : Full-Time, ExemptSchedule Requirements : Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm (In Person) Reports To : Marketing Director & Creative DirectorStarting Salary : $45,000 - $55,000 BOEEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following : Collaborating within the marketing department, alongside company partners and / or other project participants, to understand project directives, audience, and intended messaging. Designing, creating, and producing original visual media concepts for social media content, marketing campaigns, company websites, and printed materials that reflect brand identity, style guidelines, and standards. Continuously innovating and experimenting with new design techniques, tools, and technologies and staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality and creativity of our visual assets.Revising projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback processes.Capturing high-quality product and lifestyle photography for use in marketing materials, website content, and social media, ensuring images align with brand aesthetics and storytelling goals.Editing and retouching photographs to maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms, optimizing images for various digital and print formats.Assisting team members with projects and performing other work-related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design OR equivalent experience is required.A portfolio showcasing relevant visual design is required to demonstrate expertise and creativity. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and / or other similar graphic design software.Time management and organizational skills to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality deliverables.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design principles, aesthetics, and craftsmanship.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, as well as the ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Ability to capture high-quality product and lifestyle photos, as well as edit and retouch images to maintain consistency and align with brand aesthetics. Knowledge of the core values, mission, objectives, and planning needs of JHS Pedals.
