General Summary
Delivery of supplies for internal use referred to as indirect goods and services. Delivers all products necessary to maintain the facility for J&J standards and policies. Monitor and maintain all supply par-levels for all closets, throughout the facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Delivers Supplies, takes inventory to maintain shelf par levels thought out the facilities.
- Distributes supplies, delivers and stores supplies in appropriate location per departmental guidelines with established time frames.
- Contributes to a safe, clean and operational environment
- Provides ancillary support and coverage in areas assigned
- Other requirements include daily check 4th Floor Burn Unit ISR/ISR Admin checked by 1200hrs. Priority for all shifts are OR and ER
- Maintains the supply inventory and organizes all items on a daily basis.
- Distributes materials to housekeeping personnel upon request.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements
- Knowledge of chemicals, supplies and equipment.
- Good communication skills are necessary.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English.
- Must be able to process all materials in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have good organizational skills.
Working Conditions
- Be able to stand, push, pull, bend, kneel, and stretch for extended period of time.
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
