Duties

- Maintain the accounts payable ledger, including data entry and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Support benefits administration by managing related invoices and payments.
- Prepare reports on accounts payable activities as needed for management review.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for efficient processing of transactions.
- Stay updated on public accounting standards and financial regulations to ensure compliance.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles.
