1. Efficient and Result-Oriented Project Coordination
At JL, we take pride in our innovative approach and seamless execution of our sales and design projects. The Assistant Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving this success by ensuring a steady execution pipeline filled with brilliantly managed projects for our amazing clients. You will have clear project goals and we will provide the tools and support you need to achieve them.
2. Excellence in Project Management
This position involves overseeing project life cycles, right from conceptualization to completion, leveraging the latest trends and client desires. Familiarity with project management tools/software is expected. You should be adept at coordinating with various stakeholders, managing timelines, budgets, and quality of deliverables.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with Sales Leads to understand client requirements and project objectives.
· Coordinate Projects from initial sketches to the last nail with our Superintendent.
· Use project management software to track project progression, risks, and performance.
· Coordinate with vendors and team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
· Prepare detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
· Stay updated on the latest project management trends, tools, and technologies.
· Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
· Maintain 40 hours of earnest work weekly.
What Your Background Looks Like
· 2 years of experience in project coordination or management with a great attention to detail and tenacity for finishing projects.
· Strong understanding of project life cycle and project management principles.
· Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Positive attitude, passion for project management, and commitment to excellence.
· Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle conflicts professionally.
· Innovative and motivational approach towards work.
· Ability to make sound decisions and problem-solve effectively.
