Qualifications
- 4 years of senior leadership experience in similar boutique hotels or private clubs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a guest-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the poolside bar and lounge, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
- Ensure an elevated guest experience, tailoring offerings and service to meet guests' needs and exceed expectations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated team of bartenders, servers, pool attendants, and support staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
