Job Description: Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage and grow customer accounts within your designated territory. Your responsibilities include handling customer needs from existing accounts, leads, and new inquiries. You will work collaboratively with the outside sales team, ensuring professional, timely communication and effective account strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand current customer base to meet monthly sales goals.
- Handle sales quotes, orders, and sample requests promptly.
- Proactively make outbound calls to develop new accounts.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager for approvals on pricing, margins, and large orders.
- Maintain accurate customer profiles and communicate regularly with key account contacts.
- Monitor and drive progress on overdue orders, sample approvals, and factory goals.
- Participate in forecasting, reporting, and sales meetings.
Qualifications:
- 3 years in Sales or Customer Service.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
This role reports to the Business Development Manager and involves collaboration with departments such as Purchasing, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Accounting. Training and professional development opportunities will be provided as needed.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
