The Seasonal/Temporary Project Team Member assists with special projects in a store such as a new store opening. The Project Team Members will also embody the characteristics that tie back to Hearts, Hands, Minds, and Inspire.
The temporary status requires availability that meets the needs of the store.
The Project Team Member's are generally scheduled to work 30-40 hours a measurement period, as defined by JOANN and are not guaranteed any number of hours per week.
Hours are scheduled according to the needs of the store and the team members availabilty.
This Project Team Members role is opposite of a desk job. You will be active, on your feet, and working in a fast paced environment.
