We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing educational projects, leading project teams through all phases of design and construction, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle including conceptualization, design, development, and execution to ensure the project is completed within time and budget.
• Lead project teams effectively through all phases of design and construction.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite to create and modify architectural plans, designs, and schematics.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and any challenges are promptly addressed.
• Manage and maintain project documentation including drawings, specifications, approvals, and other related records.
• Conduct regular project meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Continually review and monitor project status, scope, and resources to mitigate risks and issues.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture. A Master's degree would be a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, preferably in the engineering industry.
• Prior experience in educational projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome project obstacles and deliver solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• In-depth understanding of architectural procedures, standards, and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
