This role will be seeking new business opportunities, while also maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Account Executive will be primarily responsible for prospecting, networking, and producing new property and casualty business insurance policies and accounts as well as the renewal retention of existing accounts.
Responsibilities
Account Management Market, service, and retain assigned accounts while achieving development and retention goals.
Risk Analysis Perform risk analysis surveys, obtain renewal information, and provide comprehensive coverage recommendations.
Client Interaction Assist in presenting insurance programs and negotiating with insurance companies to secure optimal coverage.
System Management Maintain client files and perform all necessary transactions using our computer system.
Professional Development Participate in seminars and training to maintain required licenses and develop your expertise.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance and account management; especially within commercial insurance or property & casualty insurance.
- Producer License.
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- An insurance designation such CIC, CPCU, AAI, AIS is preferred.
