Our client, a global firm, is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join its growing team - hybrid/onsite!

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing innovative UX/UI strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance user satisfaction.
• Creating process maps, user journeys, and UI prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights into customer needs and behaviors.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful implementation of design specifications.
• Maintaining an in-depth understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape to keep our products at the forefront of user-centered design.
• Providing mentorship to junior UX/UI designers and fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
• Continuously evaluating and optimizing our digital platforms for usability, accessibility, and overall quality.
  
  

Job Details

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proven expertise in process mapping, user journey creation, and UI prototyping.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work and a deep understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• A keen understanding of responsive design and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
