A Host's is responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. You should also be available to work in shifts.
Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.
CORE FOCUS & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualified candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete the following responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.
- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival
- Follow established Ace service sequence for consistent food & beverage guest experiences
- Handle payment for guests' purchases in compliance with Ace, PCI and cash handling procedures
- Properly ring guest orders through the POS system
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Responsible for identifying the needs of guests and accommodating those needs
- Work with a spirit of teamwork
- Communicate needs and ideas to management
- Maintain current and accurate knowledge of the outlet (The Lobby) menu
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies
- Upsell items to guests
- Properly check all guests’ identification to ensure legal age compliance
- Perform side work as needed
