Key Responsibilities :
- Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance before funding.
- Prepare and process wiring instructions for loan disbursements.
- Ensure all closing conditions are met before finalizing transactions.
- Verify funding figures, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate with title companies, lenders, and escrow officers.
- Handle post-closing audits, ensuring documents are properly recorded and delivered.
- Work closely with underwriters, processors, and other team members to resolve any funding issues.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to mortgage lending and closing.
