Lead Videographer/Editor
Seeking an experienced videographer with expertise in production, camera operating and editing.

About the Role:
A Los Angeles Real Estate Firm is seeking a highly motivated full-time, in-office Lead Videographer/Editor to join the team. This person will be responsible for shooting and editing commercials, digital advertisements, property videos, agent spotlights, & many more various cinematic pieces. This role requires an immense amount of creativity, discipline, and industry experience.

Requirements:

• Strong editing and storytelling skills.

• MUST have a reel.

• Seasoned editor with extensive proven experience in Final Cut Pro, AVID, Adobe Premiere, or parallel editing software.

• Experienced Camera Operator with your own personal equipment. 4K capabilities are preferable. Must have your own lighting & sound equipment.

• Past experience on a professional set and/or production preferred.

• After Effects experience preferred.

• Accustomed to being creative in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to turnover high-quality videos in a reasonable time frame from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Storyboard, shoot, and edit videos for the parent company (JohnHart Real Estate), side companies, individual agents & affiliates.

• Responsible for the upkeep of both personal and company equipment.

• Work with other members of the Digital Team to provide impactful, engaging content.
