We are looking for an experienced Front Of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, customer service, and staff management. The Front Of House Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front of house staff, ensuring that customer service standards are met, and developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling and managing staff shifts, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Train and supervise staff in customer service techniques.
• Ensure that the restaurant is kept clean and organized.
• Manage the restaurant's inventory and supplies.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase customer traffic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
