Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of service experience in residential and commercial products.
High school diploma or equivalent.
EPA Certification.
NATE Certified preferred but not mandatory.

As a member of our team you must be able to accurately maintain, diagnose and repair HVAC systems. Team work is a priority, technicians must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed. On call service rotation is a must, overtime hours are required based on consumer demand.

No sales, no commissions, educate the consumer and allow them to make choices.

All candidates are required to submit to background check, drug screening and MVR driving record check.

Continuing education provided in both residential and commercial product lines when available.
