Description
SUMMARY:
Responsible for reading architectural blueprints, calculating countertop square footage, preparing material needs list and entering customer quotes into estimating software program, as well as supporting the sales representatives as necessary.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Communicate basic information to current and potential customers.
• Customer assistance, problem resolution and showroom coverage.
• Explore documentations in order to gain a deep understanding of project requirements
• Gather job information details needed by the operations team to execute projects as specified.

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED or ½-1 year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, blueprints, schematics, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram format.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
