Description
- Performs First Article inspections and processing for select components and assemblies as required to support quality, manufacturing or engineering functions. Ensures First Articles, incoming material, manufacturing processes and outgoing material meet their documented standards and reports results.
- Supports the control and segregation of non-conforming materials. Performs documentation of non-conforming components or assemblies.
- Performs routine monitoring of the production process through process audits.
- Maintains and updates quality records and documentation in accordance with established procedures and manufacturing practices.
- Prepares critical limit samples for cosmetic or functional use to ensure quality of appearance of products.
- Performs internal product audits to identify issues on fully assembled and sub-assembled products.
- Promote company safety policies, workmanship standards and operational procedures among team members while displaying strong quality consciousness at all times.
