Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail , making them well-equipped to assist customers in a healthcare-related environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service while promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding products and services.
• Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
• Process transactions accurately using retail math skills to handle cash and credit
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and usage.
• Assist in managing medical records when necessary and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide support in training new staff on retail management practices and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of retail math principles to facilitate accurate transactions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• A commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
