A leading CPA firm on the South Shore of Massachusetts is seeking a Manager to join its client-focused team environment! We’re looking for an accounting professional for heavy senior or manager level tax and accounting work. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional capable of dealing with complex tax matters as well as financial reporting issues, directing others, and reviewing their work. This position includes a potential path to partner and allows for in office and remote work and flexible scheduling.

We are a preferred provider of tax and accounting services and business guidance on the South Shore. We primarily work with small businesses across many industries and some non-profit organizations and related individuals. We offer bookkeeping, tax compliance, preparation of compilations and reviews, and cash flow planning, as well as general business consulting services.

How You'll Contribute:

· Individual and business tax return preparation

· Preparation of reviewed and compiled financial statements

· Preparation and/or review of business accounting & tax workpapers

· Review of tax returns

What You'll Bring :

· 5-7 years of experience as an Accounting Professional

· At least three tax seasons in a CPA practice preparing both entity and individual tax returns

· Accounting degree and active CPA license

· Advanced skills using QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Outlook required

· Familiarity with Ultra Tax and Thompson Reuters software preferred

· Excellent attention to detail

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
