Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing and discounts.
- Manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining a positive retail experience.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Some lifting (up to 50 lbs) required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers or POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
