Jones Power is seeking a Fleet Operations Administrator to oversee the administrative functions of our vehicle fleet, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with regulations, and efficient fleet management. This role involves handling vehicle registration, maintenance scheduling, fuel tracking, insurance updates, and data reporting while providing day-to-day support to the Fleet Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Registration & Title Management :
- Process vehicle registrations and renewals.
- Maintain accurate vehicle registration records.
- Maintenance Scheduling & Tracking :
- Coordinate vehicle / equipment maintenance schedules with repair shops.
- Enter and track work orders for repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Monitor maintenance costs and identify potential issues.
- Fuel Card Management :
- Track fuel expenses and troubleshoot fuel card issues.
- Monitor fuel efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Insurance Administration :
- Maintain vehicle insurance records and update policies as needed.
- Data Management & Reporting :
- Maintain accurate fleet data in a dedicated management system.
- Generate reports on vehicle / equipment usage, maintenance costs, and other key metrics.
- Administrative Tasks :
- Process invoices related to vehicle / equipment repairs and maintenance.
