Contract Nurse - RN - $45.00/hr

Position Summary:

Joplin Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality care to our residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the physician
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident care
• Provide education to residents and their families on health-related matters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Missouri
• Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
