We are currently looking for caring, dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers.
Job Description:
As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care for individuals in their homes or other settings. Your primary role will be to assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work closely with families and healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment for those in need.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.)
- Help with light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, meal preparation, etc.)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Help clients with medication reminders and appointments
- Follow personalized care plans provided by agency
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
Requirements:
- MUST have your own car (RideSharing does not qualify)
- Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide compassionate care
- Ability to follow instructions and care plans
- Ability to lift and assist clients when needed
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to making a positive impact
- Background check and references required
- CPR certification is a plus (or willing to obtain through our agency)
