Job Duties:
Pay: $21-23 an hour Plus a housing stipend

- Providing backup and on-call childcare in family homes, primarily for infants and toddlers.
- Engaging children in age-appropriate activities such as playtime, reading, arts & crafts, and outdoor fun.
- Handling daily caregiving needs: meal preparation, diapering, nap schedules, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
- Assisting with light housekeeping duties related to childcare (e.g., tidying play areas, children's laundry).
- Coordinating with families to adapt to their specific needs while ensuring high-quality care.
- Housing Stipend: Offered as a benefit for candidates already residing in Redmond.
- Supportive Team: Be part of a dedicated group of caregivers making a positive impact on children’s lives.
