Summary:
A bit about us: We’re a busy family in the Bryant neighborhood looking for a nurturing and reliable part-time nanny to care for our 15-month-old toddler. With another little one on the way, we need extra support to ensure our child is engaged and thriving. Our family values books, hands-on activities, and community-based outings to foster a classroom-like environment at home. We’re excited to find a caregiver who can enrich our child’s development and provide compassionate care during this transitional time.
A bit about you: You are an experienced nanny with a passion for working with toddlers. You excel at creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment, and you bring patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude to your work. You’re proactive about planning activities that promote developmental milestones and social-emotional growth. You’re also comfortable preparing simple meals, managing light housekeeping related to childcare, and collaborating closely with parents to align on routines and care strategies.
Job Duties:
• Prepare and serve age-appropriate, healthy meals and snacks.• Change diapers, dress the toddler, and ensure proper nap schedules.
• Plan and engage in developmentally appropriate play and activities, including reading, singing, and outdoor play.
• Supervise outings to local community events and toddler activities.
• Maintain a safe and childproofed environment.
• Handle light housekeeping tasks such as washing dishes, tidying up after activities, sanitizing toys, and managing the child’s laundry.
• Communicate daily updates on activities and milestones to parents.
Start Date: As soon as the right fit nanny can start!

Qualifications:
• Proven experience caring for toddlers.• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Educational background in early childhood development or similar, a plus.
• Glowing references from recent nanny positions.
Set yourself apart: A background in education or developmental milestones. Experience creating structured, classroom-like environments. A passion for fostering toddlers’ love for books and engaging activities.
Schedule: M-F 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Pay: $33–39/hr, depending on experience.
