At JP Mohler, we are dedicated to helping clients reduce their tax burden. In this role, you will be involved in a smooth and supportive process that guides both you and clients through each step. Using innovative and automated processes, whenever possible, to streamline the mundane.
In this capacity, you will reach out to clients to collect the necessary data needed to move the project forward. Then, you will review these materials and capture the required figures to identify potential tax savings. Next, you will document your findings according to our established process, submit everything to the appropriate agency, and keep the client informed about the status of their application.
Your role does not end there! The lines of communication will remain open with both the client and the agency, following up and providing updates to ensure everything runs smoothly until we secure those tax savings, and the client has successfully received their funds and lastly, paid for their service.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also handle various administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently. These include managing emails, answering phone calls, and providing excellent client service. You will manipulate spreadsheets, copy, scan, fax, and physically mail out documents, all while utilizing our systems to manage tasks and priorities efficiently.
