Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Cleaning of community areas , pool, washroom, office common grounds
- Clean up, mowing lawns and keeping grounds
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of grounds equipment
- Collect trash, and other grounds maintenance clean-up duties
- Maintain grounds and remove litter
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Elligible to work in the US
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Porter: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Charlotte, NC 28214: Relocate before starting work (Required)
