Accountability: Men’s Aftercare Manager
Status: Full Time; Non-Exempt
Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday 12pm-10pm
BFOQ: Gender, Religion
Purpose: To provide Christian discipleship, case management, and program oversight to Men’s Aftercare students in accordance with current policies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Committed to being an ambassador of life change through the gospel of Jesus Christ
- Convinced of the authoritative nature of the Bible
- Valid driver’s license
- Education and/or experience in Christian ministry or case work
- Effective relational, organizational, and presentation skills
- Able to appropriately handle sensitive information and maintain required confidentiality
- Willing to adhere to Jubilee’s Mission Statement, Core Values, Statement of Faith, Position Statements, and Employee Code of Conduct
- Able to exercise judgment and provide counsel that is consistent with Jubilee’s mission statement and core values, standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation, or law
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience in settings related to homelessness, incarceration, and addiction is a plus

Duties
Christian Discipleship
- Teach classes to program students from the Bible about life change through the gospel
- Provide counsel to program students from the Bible about life change through the gospel
- Pray that the Spirit of God would bring life change through the gospel to program students
Case Management
- Meet regularly with program students to evaluate progress according to program criteria
- Support program students in obtaining personal documents and medical care
- Hold program students accountable to legal and financial responsibilities
- Assist program students in obtaining and maintaining employment
- Lead program students in learning and implementing life skills as needed
Program Oversight
- Oversee program students, facilities, and activities
- Hold program students accountable to current program policies and processes
- Communicate with other program staff about program-related incidents and student progress
- Provide transportation to program students as needed
- Participate in Men’s Aftercare staff meetings and other team-building activitiesOther duties as assigned
