Business Data Analyst

Job roles:

• Admin support
• Review support ticket reports, compare date, look for discrepancies or anomalies
• Communicate findings in professional fashion via email or other generated documents (documents will be reviewed if audited)
• Communicate to internal users on results of data comparison
• Reach out to end users based on reporting finding to inform then on changes or updated requirements (I.E trainings that need to be completed)
• Have good time management skills (sending of reports)
• Reports are generated in Tableau
