Judson Group has partnered with a leading independent, privately-held wealth management firm in Central New Jersey to add a Wealth Advisor - CFP to their team. This will be a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment to service clients’ financial needs with a reputable RIA.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and solid financial planning and investment acumen. This individual will provide superior client service to the firm’s current client base.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for attending client meetings and working collaboratively with Senior Advisors to support client relationships.
- Over time, move into a primary contact role for a segment of the firm’s existing clients.
- Responsible for developing and communicating holistic financial plans and long-term investment strategies.
- Assist with estate planning, insurance policies, education funding, and retirement planning.
- Handle client-related requests and account service inquiries.
- Assist clients with implementation of recommended and agreed-upon strategies.
- Generate reports and other deliverables for both client-facing and back-office needs.
- Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.
- Responsible for ad hoc special projects for clients and across the firm.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience creating financial plans for HNW clients.
- CFP required.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience with eMoney, Tamarac, Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Ability to provide high level of authentic service and compassion to client relationships.
- Detail-oriented focus and a professional demeanor.
