Motion Graphics Specialist/Video Editor

Jump is looking for a talented video professional to join our growing video department. The Motion Graphics Specialist/Video Editor will be responsible for creating, editing and producing high-quality motion graphics and video content. This role will work closely with our creative team to develop compelling and engaging content that meets the strategic goals of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance video storytelling and elevate video projects with creative motion graphics.
• Edit video footage to create seamless, high-quality video content that aligns with the brand’s goals.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and creative team to develop compelling video concepts and effective video content.
• Ensure the video product aligns with the creative strategy and meets the quality standards of the project.
• Manage projects to ensure timely delivery and meets project deadlines.
• Optimize video assets for various platforms.
• Assist in overseeing internal video assets, ensuring sufficient backup and archiving are in place and regularly maintained.
• Assist with video project management, providing the Video Production Manager with information for cost estimates and production timelines.
• Work with non-post-production video/audio resources to build a trusted network of resources. These resources may include, but are not limited to videographers, sound engineers, voiceover companies, music licensing firms, etc.

Skills:

• 5 years expertise in motion graphics and video editing
• Proficient in After Effects and other relevant graphics programs, 3D experience is a plus
• Organized with the ability manage time and handle multiple projects
• Proactive in communication and able to bring creative solutions
• Positive, able to focus on what can be done, not what can’t be done
