Description

The Production Associate will work closely with the Production Management team to assist in daily tasks such as booking travel and creating call sheets. A great attitude and willingness to help are a high priority! 
 
Duties/Responsibilities: 
• Work closely with staff and Production Managers. 
• Arrange travel such as flights, hotel, car services and car rentals as directed by Production Managers. 
• Request company paid per diem for travelers using Nexonia. 
• Manage PC receipts. 
• Manage and hire Production Assistants. 
• Fill out call sheets and provide to production team. 
• Respond to questions in real time from traveling employees. 
• Mitigate travel issues as they arise. 
• Communicate and confirm travel arrangements and other trip related information to individuals in a timely manner. 
• Set up new users in Concur travel platform. 
• Book conference rooms as needed. 
• Negotiate discounted rates with hotels and other vendors as applicable. 
• Work with the accounting department to ensure that all series related travel is coded correctly across multiple series 

• Update team spreadsheets and documents in a timely manner. 
• Work on special projects as assigned. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 
• High School Diploma or equivalent. 
• Ability to work daily and/or weekend overtime on as-needed basis, with short-notice. 
• Ability to work department hours of 9 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Work In-office from M-Th, Friday remote 
 
Physical Requirements: 
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
