Duties/Responsibilities:

• Attend recreation meetings

• Work within budget to obtain ALL props including, but not limited to, cars, weapons, set design, crime scene, and magnets for cars

• Set up all props, crime scene, greeking, and practical lighting 

• Coordinate with Location Manager on any changes to location décor

• Clean up all props 

• Turn in receipts based upon Accounting protocols

• Tech scouts

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent ability to work under pressure and interact in a professional and ethical manner

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (preferred) 

• Ability to work daily and/or weekend overtime on as-needed basis, with short-notice

• Ability to work department hours of 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday

• Ability to work shoot hours Sunday through Saturday at different start call times and extended work days

Software Requirements:

• Google Drive

• Microsoft Excel 

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to lift 25-50 pounds regularly

• The ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects.

• The ability to move safely over uneven terrain 

• The ability to wear personal protective gear (i.e. face mask) correctly most of the day
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
