JV Property Services is Hiring a Part-time Salesperson Near Carver, MA
Part-time Sales Representative/ Quality Control Representative quota and task driven.
Job Summary
Daily tasks include creating new sales for commercial clients. Responsible for quoting jobs to prospective customers, going to job sites to meet with customers, communicating with current and prospective customers through telephone, e-mail, and in person, working with other sales team members on company goals, and working closely with Managers/ Supervisors. JV Property Services does landscape maintenance, irrigation, and landscape installation and removal (landscape construction), paving, sealcoating, line striping, snow plowing and carpet shampoo for commercial clients only. This position will be responsible for knowing general knowledge of these areas for sales growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous Sales experience within the landscape/ paving/snow removal industry (desired)
- Basic computer usage including Microsoft Office Suite
- Team player with strong work ethics
- Safely drive company vehicle to customer locations
Responsibilities:
- Client retention through excellent communication, quality service, and proactive recommendations.
- Manage all assigned jobs cost effectively and to the agreed budget.
- Communicates contract requirements to the Production managers and works with production to perform services profitably.
- Evaluate and suggest additional services to clients with the goal of increasing the property’s value while increasing the company’s revenue.
- Train and enforce company operating procedures, safety guidelines, and contract standards for commercial maintenance service.
- Responsible for ensuring quality control, customer satisfaction, and annual contract renewals for their assigned portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance properties.
Requirements:
- Ability to compose proposals, client communications, and evaluations of employees and assigned properties.
- Problem solving skills.
- Basic understanding of Landscape Maintenance practices and equipment.
- Ability to project a professional image and a positive attitude in all situations.
- Basic understanding of math, accounting and financial reporting.
- Good written and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- On call
- Self-determined schedule
Work Location: On the road
