Job Purpose
JVM Solutions is hiring Physicians to support the Mobilization Force Generation Installation (MFGI) Soldier Readiness Processing Center at Fort Bliss, TX. This role ensures that Service Members (SMs) are medically cleared for Mobilization / Demobilization (MOB / DEMOB), requiring strong clinical expertise, time management, and teamwork.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct medical examinations, provide care, and assess treatment needs for service members.
- Review medical histories, diagnose conditions, and determine appropriate courses of treatment.
- Follow up on abnormal reports, including lab results and X-rays, ensuring review within one week of receipt.
- Prescribe medications in accordance with regulations and professional guidelines.
- Consult specialists when necessary to provide optimal patient care.
- Adhere to CDC guidelines and the Infection Control Program while performing duties.
- Maintain accurate documentation and sign off on all medical reports and records.
- Follow established government and professional clinical standards as outlined in MTF policies and procedures.
- Comply with licensure, credentialing, and quality assurance requirements.
- Meet all health, immunization, and vaccination standards.
- Complete all required DoD, DHA, and MTF training programs.
