E-Commerce Manager Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategies and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background specifically in eBay and possibly other e-commerce platforms. They should understand performance marketing, and analytics, with a passion for driving sales growth through innovative online initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data to inform decisions and lead a team to achieve our e-commerce objectives.

E-Commerce Manager Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior; derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences that inform product offerings and promotional tactics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Bbuyback, marketing, and repairs to enhance the overall e-commerce experience.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to work for prolonged periods longer than eight (8) hour shifts, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Ability to distinguish various colors of wires and distinguish electronic system sections and wiring.
